Russia launches hundreds more drones at Ukraine, killing 10 people

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia fired ‘more than 1,560 drones’ at Ukraine since Wednesday.

Russia launched a barrage of missiles and drones targeting Ukraine’s capital Kyiv, killing at least 10 people and wounding 45 others, Ukrainian authorities have said.

The Ukrainian military said that strikes overnight and early on Thursday hit six districts of Kyiv and another six in the surrounding areas. Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba said attacks had targeted ports in the southern Odesa region and railways.
